The Radiant

Radiant is the legendary lair of the Nemesis, the giant monsters which fall from the sky. Whether Radiant exists or not is unknown, and many people, when told, are split on its existence. However, Seth is dead-set on the existence of Radiant. His belief in Radiant drives him to discover the location. This quest is the main driver of the manga, anime, and the whole series.
